Current Role

As the Chef de Cuisine at Sugarfin, I have the honor of leading the culinary team at one of the most exciting new dining concepts located at The Westin Frenchman's Reef Resort & Spa. Sugarfin is not just a restaurant; it is a culmination of my passion for blending traditional and contemporary culinary techniques to create a unique and unforgettable dining experience.


Concept: Positioned perfectly by the serene terrace lobby and bar of The Westin Beach Resort & Spa, Sugarfin provides a relaxed and elegant atmosphere that complements the vibrant and fresh flavors of our menu. It is a celebration of Asian flavors born from the sea, with a menu that features fresh poke, hand-rolled sushi, sashimi, and a curated selection of the finest locally distilled rums.


What Diners Can Expect: Guests can expect an unparalleled sushi experience that goes beyond the ordinary. From the moment they step into Sugarfin, they will be transported to a world where culinary artistry meets impeccable service. Our team is dedicated to providing a memorable dining experience, from the carefully crafted dishes that showcase the freshest ingredients to the curated selection of rums that complement the flavors of the sea.
