After years of pouring my passion into the kitchens of St. Thomas—most recently as the Executive Chef at The Hideaway and The Shack—I’m stepping into something new. While change is never easy, it’s also an opportunity to evolve, experiment, and create in ways I haven’t before.
For over 15 years, I’ve been blending local Caribbean ingredients with global influences, crafting dishes that tell a story. That passion isn’t going anywhere—it’s just finding a new direction.
