Since May 2024, I have been honored to lead the culinary team at The Hideaway at Hull Bay. This beautiful resort, featuring two beachfront villas and eight beachside cottages, offers a perfect setting for a memorable stay. Designed to harmonize with the lush Caribbean landscape, The Hideaway embodies an unparalleled barefoot-luxury vibe on the island.

At The Hideaway, I am committed to showcasing the natural bounty of the Caribbean through innovative dishes that highlight fresh, local ingredients. I start my day with freshly brewed coffee each morning and stroll through our farm to pick the freshest produce and herbs. These ingredients become the heart of our daily specials, ensuring that every dish is deeply connected to the land we cherish.
