This structure ensures the integrity of each dish—crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients—and reflects the intentional artistry of live sushi preparation.

$1,100 minimum for up to 20 guests
$55 per additional guest

Pricing excludes gratuity and service fees.
Experience includes a chef-attended live sushi station, setup and display, and all ingredients prepared fresh on-site.

Custom menu options are available upon request.
